- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different in many ways so it is difficult to give a standard price. But we pride ourselves in giving the best price possible to all of our customers and a guarantee to beat all of our competitors prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step after making contact with the customer would be setting up a time that works best for the customer to meet at the residence of where the work will be done. We will then measure and evaluate the work wanting to be done and within 24-48 hours we will have a prepared estimate for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Beyond schooling and on the job training I have picked up a lot of my knowledge through the years of working with others in the trade always eager to learn something new.
