What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a set price through out regular pricing list with some incentives. Like 25$ off first initial clean, 15$ off next clean for referred a friend
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate and meet them in person and do a walk through the home to set standards and see condition of home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for multiple cleaning companies through out the last 10 Years, learning and getting correct training through out those years. Nothing is missed!
