- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
100 an hour for maintenance and handyman services, including drive time. Extra 150 for emergency calls. Flooring installation is 2.50 per sq foot. If we need to go buy or pickup material it is $100 PER Hour to pickup for fuel, truck and drive time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We establish your project needs and material needed. Customer pays for all materials ahead of time which can be usually ordered and paid for online. For big projects half of labor is paid for upfront and the other half at completion of project. For small jobs labor is paid for at the completion of the project. We also offer financing for larger projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are lead certified, college educated and have 10 years of experience in the construction field. We also have 1 million dollar general liability coverage.
