- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job has different variables to take into consideration when coming up with a price for a project. Some of those variables are the condition of the existing opening, exterior building material, interior building materials, size, shape, Etc. It is extremely difficult to give a price for a job without seeing the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial phone call to get customer info and job description 2. Schedule in home consultation 3. Understand the customers needs and relay options, ideas, and opinions 4. Provide verbal and/or written quote 5. If accepted, sign installation contract and accept 50% down payment 6. If required, order materials 7. Once delivery date is available, schedule an install date 8. On install date, customer will be notified roughly 30 mins prior to arrival 9. Prep work area to contain dust and protect flooring 10. Advise customer of any underlying issues as they appear 11. Complete install per scope of work on contract 12. Upon completion, walk through job with customer and address any issues or concerns before signing the completion paperwork and collecting final payment
