- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and reflects the quality of our service and expertise in effective pest control. We offer free inspections, except for real estate transaction WDO and termite inspections, which have a fee. However, this fee is credited back if we are contracted to perform the termite treatment. For the most accurate quote, an inspection helps us assess the issue and determine the necessary treatment and time required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with initial contact, where we gather information and schedule an inspection. During the inspection, we discuss concerns, set realistic expectations, and develop a tailored treatment plan. After the service is completed, we review the results and outline any necessary next steps to ensure effective pest management.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience in the pest control industry, working in all aspects of the field. I hold an operator’s license in Indiana and have been licensed in multiple states throughout my career. To stay at the forefront of industry trends, new challenges, and innovative solutions, I regularly attend continuing education courses.
