- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have upfront pricing. We guarantee all our home remodeling and improvement services. And we keep a clean work environment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an appointment for us to come out and discuss your needs and gather information to work up an estimate. We then write a proposal and submit it to you via email. We are available to answer questions, help with design, go shopping with, or for, you. We work at building strong relationships, to delivering stellar service and quality craftsmanship in everything we do. If you're going to call us back we want you to do so because you want us to do more work for you or because you have a referral for us - and that is the best award we could ever hope to achieve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our specialists are trained and background checked. Since 1990 we have earned hundreds of clients and testimonials to support everything we claim.
