- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a special $200 full package deal for thumtack customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process of working with a customer is a very simple one. We discuss details with customer of what they want for their event we then offer no pressure suggestions based on experience. Once we have come to an agreement then we send the customer a link to fill out the details of their event online, this also acts as the agreement for the rental. The online form allows for the customer to fill in any details we may have missed. Once complete the customer is given a link to pay a deposit to "book" the rental. Finalized payments are expected prior to the event or on the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my professional carrier as a teacher who put together the end of the year/graduation presentations with the goal of making it entertaining for all. I was also reponsible for organizing energetic and creative pep rally's. I have taken that experience of trying to engage and entertain people and turned it into a business.
