- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a lot of family members that do this line of work. I have been around it most of my life.It has always excited me to think how you take a big stack of boards and turn them into a house. I love this line of work and look forward to going to work everyday. At the end of the day I enjoy knowing that things look different then at the beginning of the day.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The lowest price is not always the best deal. Consider the type of fixtures are going into your bathroom or kitchen. Do you want a bathtub that will last for a few years, or one that will last for several years? Do you want your deck built with as little lumber as possable or do you want a strong, sturdy deck? Remember if you are cutting quality to save money your savings are only tempoary.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The time we actually spend at your residence is only a fraction of the time we actually spend on your project.There is a lot of time behind the scene. Figuring your estimate, Putting together your material list for the project, and constantly assessing the project to make certain that it is the quality of work we would want on our homes.
