I had a really good experience working with Josh. He’s listened to what I wanted to accomplish and worked hard to create it. I had to remove everything from a large home office/den for new carpeting which took me weeks to accomplish. I was overwhelmed with the thought of reshelving and reorganizing on my own, so for the first time ever I hired a home organizer. My only regret is that I didn’t contact Josh sooner! I could have checked all the boxes, on how well he did, but the review only let me check three😊

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s an hourly rate for labor plus any materials, supplies, or organizational equipment that we may use/give.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule a time to come and look at the project. Once I’ve had a chance to see the extent of the job I can get a better idea of how much time will be needed to complete it, and fill submit a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The company I work at for my main wage is a big pusher of the 5S organization system, and I am very familiar with it. I try to utilize it at home when I can.
