Contact and update customers regularly so not wondering if anything is being done or not, not let months go by and have customers assume anything. Let customers know will get back to them later if stop by instead of saying too busy, so they feel their business is appreciated. Go over information of services provided and not demand payments before customer can see work done. Hopefully the feedback helps, it's easy to judge others and we only met once initially. Can probably set customers expectations up initially if your business is ran a certain way. Customer service can go a long ways if take the time for. Understand bookkeeping can be frustrating and is a lot of busy work, one reason hired your services to make things easier.
