- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a 10% discount for new buyers. I also give 10% discount to first responders. I have spent 20 years in Fire/EMS and want to give back to the ones who serve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normal inspection takes 2-3 hrs. I like to meet with the Client on location to go over all finding and answer all questions. Then you will receive a very detailed report with in 24 hrs. The inspection will be complete with details, and pictures showing findings. I can also meet back on location if needed to show and explain findings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the approved Indiana Home Inspector training requirement. I also continue to learn every week with continued education training along with hands on training.
