Do the extra work and see if the company has a Facebook page, and see what there current customers are saying about them. You would be shocked at how many service providers don't have good feedback about them on the internet. In our first 12 months we have had over 1100 customers like our page. Why should you have to buy a new device over something as simple as a cracked screen, or a device that will not charge anymore. Your repair shop should be fully outfitted to handle the most complex repairs, not just the simple repairs.
