FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is nothing complicated about our pricing structure for the services we provide. We provide our services based on an hourly rate, or a project rate that is driven by the number of hours it takes to get the job accomplished and to satisfy our customers. If there is a budget or maximum limit for a job or project we feel we cannot meet, you will know up front. There are no surprises with us as far as our billing goes, and we will not leave you in a situation where the job has not been completed or not done correctly. Oh, and if it turns out we can't fix the problem, we don't charge you. It's as simple as that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our representatives are all certified with current and valid certifications provided by Microsoft on various product offerings. Everyone also has hands-on experience. It's one thing to have knowledge about a product, a piece of software, hardware, or computer. It's quite another thing to know what to do when something goes wrong and how to fix it or get from where you are to the destination you want to get to.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I came from an operations management background overseeing a broad range of personnel over differing departments. When that came to an end, I enjoyed the IT responsibilities I had with the company more than anything else. I always loved gadgets and electronics. Being an former musician didn't hurt either because there are plenty of toys to be had in music. Putting all my focus on IT seemed to be the way to go, so I went for it and here I am.
