I try to help people no matter what the budget. I try to talk to the customer 1 on 1 to set prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking them what their issues or questions might be the start working and making sure that (if they would like) I walk them through step by step on what I'm doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
