we offer veteran and active military discounts as well as public service discounts. we also offer a referral program for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
customers are always involved in their projects. The estimate is part one, this is where we get to know you and your likes and dislikes along with the idea that you have of your project. after that we will guide you through the project from start to finish. we will talk through all of your ideas making sure you know what is and is not possible.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
what is a realistic time frame you want your project finished. what kind of disruption will there be to your normal day to day. what are your financial limits on the project (all projects have the potential for Suprises expenses how many surprises can you afford)
