- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Years ago I installed flooring, carpets, tile, vinyl. I was surprised to learn that a lot of carpet problems are affected by the homes air flow or ventilation. A few years ago I started working for a company that had offered vent cleaning as a 'side service' and my experiences with floor installation came back to me and I developed a niche for getting the ducts clean and connecting with the customers. Over the course of my first year, I found that I was operating in rough waters due to the popularity of shady businesses and dishonesty in the industry. Luckily I found a group of companies online who do nothing but Vent / Dryer Duct Cleaning and started networking and sharing ideas that set a Standard for the industry. The best way to stand apart from the dirt in this industry is to practice transparency. This allows me to be proud of my work and I stand by it.
