My experience working with Merino Luxe Renovations was top notch. They were professional, prompt and were always willing to do whatever it took to ensure I was happy with the floor installation. To my surprise they even had cleaning people to come in after the job was complete and clean the space from top to bottom and it was left looking better than it was before they started. The brown floor in the pictures is before and sandpiper floor is after. I would highly recommend Merino Luxe Renovations. 😃

Joel and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. During the estimate process, Joel was incredibly transparent, upfront, and responsive. He took the time to walk me through multiple options and made sure I felt confident choosing the best approach for installing new floors upstairs.
When it came time for the work, his team exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time each day, were respectful of my home, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the entire project. It was impressive to see how efficiently they worked together—like a well-oiled machine—and they even completed the job in about half the time originally quoted.
The results speak for themselves. My entire upstairs has been transformed, and it looks fantastic. I truly couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I’m so grateful for the care and craftsmanship they put into their work.
I will absolutely be using Joel and his team again for future projects—I’m already making a list. Highly recommend!

We hired Joel to install drain tile, repair foundation issues, and finish our basement, and we’re very happy with the results. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and explained the process clearly from start to finish. The foundation and drain tile work gave us real peace of mind, and the finished basement turned out great. Work was completed on time and as promised, and the job site was kept as clean as possible throughout the project. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing foundation or basement work.

Joel and his team did a phenomenal full home transformation for us. They remodeled our kitchen, added a stylish basement kitchenette, revamped our bathrooms, and even upgraded our deck. Every detail from crown molding to layout was handled with care and top-notch quality. Communication was clear, and they brought our vision to life. We highly recommend them!

I had them install tile flooring and paintsome walls. What went well:
1. the floor installation looks good overall
2. the walls look good after the touch ups I asked them to do to their work.
What needs improvement:
1. the painter didn't use tape or tarp, so the lines are not good and there's paint on my paneling, my floor, and there's paint on the wall from there from and vice versa.
2. I asked about a gap under the door prior to the tile installation since the previous flooring was flat. I thought they would install door sweep or something to not have the gap, but they didn't.
3. I'm not sure how grout or mortar got my on love seat it was since it was outside.
4. the workers got paint on my bathroom counter and didn't clean it up.
5. they taped (the only area tape was used) around my ceiling light fixtures but didn't remove the tape.
There are other things that I could mention, but this is long enough. They finished the work, hence the 3 stars.
