I took boxing lessons with Andy and had a fantastic experience. My original reason for the lessons was to get a more intense workout. I certainly got the workout I was looking for (Andy asked a lot of questions to understand what I wanted to get out of the experience and tailored his approach to make sure I stayed challenged), and I was pleasantly surprised by how much fun I had at the same time. Moreover, even though I originally planned to use the lessons as a workout, I find myself moving through the city and navigating my physical interactions with people, in general, differently now. I gained a confidence in and awareness of my own body and abilities that I didn't even know I was lacking. Can only say good things about working with Andy and about what I gained from the experience!
