- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer Military discounts, and group discounts (4 or more people-must be signed up in the same group at the same time). Discounts are at the discretion of the Chief Instructor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client contacts me, I will find out exactly what they are looking for, send them an estimated quote, and we will work out the dates and details for arranging the training sessions. It’s actually quite simple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am fully and nationally certified as an instructor in several fields, ranging from CCW and Home Defense fundamentals, Children’s Firearms and Safety Fundamentals, Women’s Handguns and Self-Defense, to Emergency First Aid Fundamentals. I also work closely with corporations in developing new courses in situational awareness training programs, church security training courses, and countering the mass shooter threat.
