Here was my original review, but unfortunately, I have to update it: I have old wiring that was starting to fail and cause intermittent power problems. Chad came out the same day, took the time to fix the immediate problem, and scheduled more time later on to come back and work on other issues. His price wAs very fair, and I will use him in the future! Now for the update: Chad installed two outlet boxes in my garage, and they work fine. However, when he did that, he put three holes in my garage ceiling. He promised he would come out two weeks later and fix it. He didn't show up; when I called him, he apologized for forgetting and set another date. He didn't show up the second time, and he didn't show up the third time, either. Either he is very forgetful, or just does not want to finish what he committed to. My mistake was paying him in full before he fixed the garage ceiling, so I take some responsibility. I'm afraid I will not be using him in the future.

After several attempts of trying to get someone to come out on a Sunday to service a wiring issue for my furnace, I called Chad. Not only did he come out on a Sunday, he provided EXCELLENT service at a reasonable rate. Very knowledgeable in his profession. I've stored his number for ANY other issues.
