- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't hesitate to ask questions! If your contractor is an honest and legit one, they won't mind answering them. Keep in mind though, not everyone knows all the answers to questions asked. But a good honest contractor will admit they don't know, and he/she will research and find your answers. And last but not least, always remember that WE WORK FOR YOU. That means YOU are the boss, do not let a contractor tell you what you want.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
As the Customer, you should always ask how long a contractor has been in business for themselves , as well as how long they have been doing the style of work you are looking to have done. Also, ask how long the scope of work is predicted to take to complete.
