- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$80 per hour for bookwork. Consulting/training $125 per hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to my clients and evaluate their needs. I do as much or as little as the client requests. A typical process for onboarding would be to evaluate where the client is in the accounting process. Is the chart of accounts set up correctly? Are all business accounts linked to QuickBooks? Are the books reconciled? Is payroll correct?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I self trained as a bookkeeper/office manager 15 years ago. I was tested by Accountemps and they were able to place me in an accounts payable position, where I learned more about accounting.
