- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very simple and clear in our pricing and seek to meet the needs of the client with estimates that are based on the market relevant suggestions of the American Institute of Advertising Association of America (AAA), American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) and local marketplace influences. All estimates are fully communicated with the client for clarity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We meet, ask and listen 2. We think and research 3. We identify themes and develop solutions 4. We keep the client involved in steps 1 through 3 everyday
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We encounter 2-3 seminars annually to keep up on the latest in creative service issues and technologies. Saying current on themes and relevant improvements in messaging and technology keeps us on our toes.
