- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair and honest in my pricing. I try to take care of people and in turn they help me with referrals to more work. I won't guarantee to be the cheapest, but I will guarantee my work will be to the best of my ability and to your satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact to discuss what work is to be done. I will look over your project and give an estimate if its something I feel I can accomplish. After you agree to estimate work will be completed. compensation is due no more than 14 days after completion. Large jobs may require deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years as a maintenance mechanic at a steel mill.. ac/dc electrical work as well as welding and mechanical issues. 3 years as a plumbers apprentice for busy Indianapolis company. Homeowner for 18 years.
