Our townhouse in German Village has 1900 hardwood (oak and pine) floors which were in bad condition from a previous refinisher’s botched job. We were on a tight timeline and needed the floors refinished quickly so we were thankful that Kyle was so responsive to our in-app messages. We met, and it was clear that Kyle and Jeremy knew their stuff. Kyle explained their process and gave us confidence in their ability to do great work. His price was competitive. They were soft-spoken and polite, asked questions whenever clarification was needed, and made sure everything was done correctly. The quality of the installation exceeded our expectations. They paid attention to detail, worked efficiently, and left the area clean when the job was complete. Communication before, during, and after the project was excellent, and they were able to get us scheduled quickly at a very reasonable price. It's hard to find contractors who are reliable, professional, and produce quality work, but these guys checked every box.
