Mr. Rosenthall came highly recommended from a colleague and my experience with him exceeded all expectations. I found him to be very professional, respectful, and honest. The line of communication was always open and he answered all of my questions with very detailed responses. Unlike other attorneys I've hired before, I got the genuine sense that Mr. Rosenthall really cares for his clients which is very rare with any professional services these days.

I had an experience at Giant and I called 1-800-LAWYERS. After my search, I came across Bond Law. I left a phone message with them. They promptly returned my call and were highly professional. I discussed with them the issues I had with Giant and was told they would be able to help me. They kept in contact with me and updated me on the case frequently. They met and exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the work that was done. I am very happy with the outcome. Should I have any issues in the future, I will definitely contact Bond Law again as well as refer others to them that need legal assistance.

I am still working with Ms. McKinley but so far I have only positive feedback about working with her. She communicates back via email or phone call, she is responsive to suggestions, she doesn’t sugar coat and she will work with you. When working with attorneys, the hardest part is getting them to call you back. She at least notifies you if she is delayed or needs to get back to you, instead of leaving you wondering what is next. I am using her as my divorce attorney. I wouldn’t want any of my friends or family to go through divorce, but if so I would certainly recommend Ms. McKinley.

My name is Young B. Kim. I am a semiconductor designer at Samsung Electronics. I was referred to Attorney Chang by a number of my colleagues at Samsung and from International SoC Design Conferences. Initially I contacted Attorney Change regarding my qualification under National Interest Waiver and get my green card via that route, but Attorney Chang recommended me to take the route of doing the First priority person of extraordinary ability. We submitted the EB1 petition with premium processing and it was approved exactly 7 days after the submission!!! I was so happy that I will be immigrating with my family to the US- The interview at US embassy at Korea was a breeze, took about 5 minutes. Even though Aaron carefully went over what I will be asked at the Embassy, I didn't get to do any of the explanations to the embassy officer. I will be moving to Portland, Oregon the new job in August!!! Highly recommend Attorney Chang for his expertise!!!"

Both of the Attorneys I worked with were very nice and helpful. I had used another attorney and all he did was take as much money as possible from my business. These guys saved me money and solved my issue.

About

My name is Gabriel Assaad. I'm originally from Rochester, New York and now call the DC area home. After graduating from High School, I wanted to get out of the cold weather so I enrolled at the University of Miami, Florida. I graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1996 and accepted a position with a consulting firm. I'd always wanted to go to Law School, so I sent applications to the top 25 Law Schools in the country. I told myself whichever school accepted me first, that's the school I was going to attend. Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee was the first to accept me, so I packed my bags and moved to Nashville. I received my law degree in 2001 and then accepted a position with Dickstein Shapiro, LLP, a large law firm in Washington, DC. I focused on Patent Litigation while with Dickstein Shapiro and it's where I had my first taste of litigation. In 2004, I joined Paulson & Nace, a Washington, DC based Personal Injury Law Firm. I represented clients in personal injury, medical malpractice and product liability matters and found that I enjoyed it immensely.... and was very good at it. That's when I decided to open my own law firm, and in October 2008, I did just that. In just a few short years, I've earned a solid reputation as a top-notch personal injury attorney and am known for caring about one thing and one thing only – my clients. If you or a family member has been injured due to the negligence of someone else, I'd like the opportunity to do the same for you. I can be reached at (202) 741-9348. Just give a call and we'll spend time discussing your situation and what options you have. There is no charge for this call and I will not pressure you in any way. I'll simply answer your questions, ask you a few as well, and if I can help, I will offer to do so. Thank you for stopping by. Professional & Personal Background Married: My wife will graduate from Law School in 2011. Children: One, 6 months old. I had a very difficult legal problem. In fact many attorneys wouldnt touch it unless they were paid up front "six figures". Fortunately I was referred to Dr. Poupko. He is amazing. Prior to paying him a penny he spent many hours with me discussing my options. He always returned calls promptly. He was very accessible.. I knew that he was on top of it. He frequently would call me to update me. I never had to call him more then once. I was always able to get to him directly, not to have to speak to a secretary or paralegal. By hiring Dr. Poupko I got peace of mind. Bottom line: he took care of the problem at a fraction of the cost of other lawyers. I would certainly hire him again & I strongly recommend him.

About

Everyone has their different approaches. I’m never complacent, so I always want to try to do the best that I can for my clients, but I also want new theories, new ideas. Other than that, I would say my personal attention; I’m very down-to-earth, very approachable, and I don’t mind if a client takes up 25 or 30 minutes of my time. They’re our client for a reason and I want to keep it that way. Ultimately, I think the best way to understand their needs is to understand who they are, and if you don’t put in the time to get to know them, you can’t do that.I think this goes back to my upbringing. I grew up in the Midwest, and Washington, DC is a big metro area, but I bring the small town approach, the smile, the friendly aspect. I really want to get to know my clients and I will put in the effort that it takes to know them on a personal basis, beyond just what the medical records say, what they were ticketed for if it’s a traffic case, what their injuries were if it’s a personal injury case – whatever the issues may be. I really do want to forge a personal relationship Read more: http://injurylawyerhelp.net/meet-peter-biberstein/why-choose-attorney.html#ixzz3PfMNwaF2

Pawnee Davis was excellent! We spoke on the phone for 45 minutes prior to meeting face to face. She let me vent to her over the phone and even in person. She was easy to reach whenever I reached out, and made me feel that she genuinely cared. I had a case a week prior to meeting her. We went over everything, and Pawnee represented me in court and we came out as winners! After the the the case was finished, Pawnee immediately reached out to me to see if I had any questions, and if she could be any assistance in the future. She's is now my attorney for all cases. Thanks again Pawnee!!

I had the pleasure and luck to use Matthew Farr as my attorney. His drive and dedication to my worker compensation claim in Baltimore Maryland was well beyond terrific. Before speaking with Matthew I was confused and I guess scared. My employer and their insurance company literally gave me migraines from all the run around and phone tag. Matthew stepped on my behalf and got me a great settlement and most of all took away the aggravation. I highly recommend Matthew Farr.

Mr. Albers was one of the many lawyers I contacted when I found out I had a no bail VOP warrant. I'm only 20 and have to worry about paying rent every week and paying for school and every other lawyer told me they'd represent me for $1500. Upon contacting Mr. Albers I explained to him my situation and not only was here the most helpful during the free consultations I had but he offered to help me for only $500. Less then two weeks later he was able to get my warrant quashed.

Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

What should you look for in a personal injury lawyer?

A personal injury lawyer will advocate for your legal rights if you’ve been hurt in an accident at work or in daily life, have suffered from medical malpractice, or are struggling to have your insurance carrier cover your needs. It may be helpful to talk with two or three lawyers before selecting one. When looking for a personal injury lawyer, research their reviews and make sure former clients have had good experiences with them. Next, make sure the personal injury lawyer has experience and proven success winning cases similar to yours. Confirm that the lawyer is licensed to provide services in your state. When you find a qualified personal injury lawyer with whom you want to work, freely discuss payment and fees before any work begins. Most lawyers offer a free consultation to learn what your case is about and explain their rates. Personal injury attorneys typically receive a percentage of your settlement (called a contingency fee), so they are paid after the trial or case is complete. Keep in mind that some attorneys have fees that you must pay even if you don’t win your trial. It’s important to understand these details before work begins so you don’t have any unhappy surprises later. Lastly, it’s wise to choose a personal injury lawyer that you have confidence in and with whom you can communicate openly and honestly.

What is a personal injury lawyer?

A personal injury lawyer fights on your behalf if you’ve been injured physically, psychologically, economically or in reputation. This injury may be the result of neglect or malicious intent of another person, or it could be at the hands of a business, government or other entity. Personal injury lawyers specialize in tort law, which is the law of civil wrongs like car accidents, company wrongdoing, unlawful imprisonment and more.

To become qualified to be a personal injury lawyer in the United States, a person must earn a bachelor’s degree, followed by a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from a law school. Most states then require the person to pass the bar exam to become licensed to practice law. Unlike many attorneys who require a retainer, personal injury lawyers often work on contingency fees. This means that in lieu of payment upfront, they receive an agreed-upon percentage of the settlement in case of a win.
