- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very fair and upfront. If customers aren't satisfied with pricing we offer a particular discount to bring the pricing down to where they would like it. Fee's are based off the type of job that is being done. We have a few fee's but all fee's are stated within your quote and will not be added at any other time. It's a better feeling for a customer to actually know what they are paying before the job gets done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new customer is interested in our services, the four things listed below are asked in order to start the booking process. Our booking process is operated by Square Inc., which sends out updates on your appointment time and date. On arrival, new customers are always approached with a wonderful greeting and also a service review to determine that the correct work is being established. -Name -Phone Number -Email Address -Street Address
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a team full of individuals that are trained in whatever job area that they cover. Each individual has two or more years of training. Once new members join our team they are immediately trained and don't start working on their own until we're very comfortable with them doing so. The owner also goes out on jobs with those individuals until they are comfortable with taking on jobs solo.
