- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to give my customers a price upfront so there's no conflict or confusion once the job is done. It's extremely rare that a project will cost more than I quoted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them in person to discuss their needs and concerns. If it's a small project we like to give a ballpark estimate over the phone, if possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a 5 year apprenticeship with IBEW Local #124 in KCMO back in 2005. I spent the first 13 years of my career working on large commercial and industrial projects. I also attend 8 hours of continuing education every year to maintain my Master Electrician license.
