- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All services are a flat rate. And hours of research went into making sure our prices are at least 30% lower than our competitors if not we will price match. We also have many days were discounts are offered to clients
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10yrs of combined training and experience as well as two certifications in computer desktop support and computer desktop repair
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Clever PC Repairs started out running out of the basement of my house providing service to friends and family only. But then we thought why only provided service to friends and family when there are millions of people that could benefit from our great service that we provide. So we created an online site where anyone could reach us and that's were the dream of Clever PC Repairs got started.
