- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. There are several factors that come in play with the service we offer. Can we get a dog donated, can the future handler be easily accessed, what is going to be expected of the service dog up and beyond the normal training. Each placement is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take an inquiry and start a client request. We will need a physician prescription stating a Seizure Alert Dog would benefit the Veteran. We make visits to where the veteran is currently residing and we interview the veteran. We never want to place a service dog without making sure there is a good match. This placement is life changing event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have complete 3 years of college and was a very active 4H member. I have a career of working around veterans and people.
