Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Having worked for small and large companies, and doing everything from residential wiring to industrial power houses, I have learned that keeping a clean job, and doing clean work makes for a safer environment and more enjoyable job. That in turn seems to make the customers enjoy the job as well. Being able to fix what others can not has always been my high light of my career.

Switch and Outlet Installation

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

My specialty is service work. Trouble shooting and repair of electrical parts, and or fixtures. Adding outlet and lights is common as well. Custom fixture builds have been becoming quite popular as well.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The picture from above of the beam was the coolest fixture build of have done. That beam come from a barn built in the 1870's. It's a hand hewn beam. That means it was shaped by an ax and not a saw. This light fixture is hanging in a loft apartment in kansas city off of 7th and broadway. All the brackets to hang the fixture I manufactured at home, but the fixture its self was built on sight so the customer could change any details as needed. At the end of the project, my help and I both had very sore muscles from hanging the beam (beam is 150 pounds), but the customer was very excited about the end product.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Being the cheapest contractor may not always be the better contractor. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.
