- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just like meeting someone in a normal situation. Only this interaction is dealing with a person. Who is currently doing one of the top 5 stressful things ppl in life can do! I take it personally. And I let them know I have respect for there stuff. And that things are going to be just fine. Allow me to relieve you from worry and doubt. And let your vision become a quickly gaining reality. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
11 yrs experience in (HHG) Household goods. Being a cash labor crew member. In Charleston sc. where every move was on stilts. I would cover professional van-line moving agents. Now days I’ve been in ks for 3 yrs. I’m now a crew lead, and owner of Kansas Elite Moving. I’ve brought my confidence, skills & speed to ks! Trained a great set of guys & gals. And am the leading name in Kansas period amongst the professional’s. Amongst the community, we’re working hard to show our worth. The van line style move. At a fraction of van line relocations. Our packing is cheap, and our customer service skills are hands down the best! Thx!
