We never received information about the measurements. We asked from the beginning if it was to replace the step, to which we received a “yes.” So we proceeded to take measurements and even then, we asked a second time if we were going to do the old measurements, to which we received a “yes.” You claim 5” more. We had no problem doing that from the beginning, but we didn’t get that information. You told us about this when the work was already finished, you began to argue, and still we haven’t received any payment. We are very sorry to have encountered people like you who don’t want to pay.
