FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give a clear price range before dispatch whenever the job details are clear. Some car key, damaged lock, commercial hardware, or ignition issues need diagnosis before a final repair price. Service-call or diagnostic pricing is explained up front, and we confirm any change before work starts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we confirm the problem, location, timing, and proof of authorization. For locks, photos help us bring the right parts. For vehicles, we ask for year, make, model, and whether keys are lost, locked inside, or not working. Then we confirm ETA and pricing before dispatch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our work is based on hands-on mobile locksmith experience with automotive, residential, and commercial lock issues. We use professional locksmith tools and verify authorization before vehicle or security work. Kansas does not require a state locksmith license, but we still follow authorization and documentation practices.
