- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently learned taping, this is usually used on athletes to help relieve pain.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After being inactive for so long I felt tired and unhappy. I started working out and realized exercise was my simple answer, my body felt strong my mind was calm and problems where easier to deal with. I knew I had to do this for the rest of my life.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I helped an older overweight gentleman to stand up straighter and to gain balance. It might seem small but to him it was a big deal. When you fall and can't get up it's embarrassing and it puts you in your place.
