Originally we had some wood rot that needed repair, but there ended up being more damage than we thought. Alfonso was honest and reasonably priced. . He was very communicative and stuck with it, even though he got rained out several times. The crew worked very hard to get things done and it looks great. They replaced some of the stucco, several boards and repainted everything. I would highly recommend.
