- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work directly with manufacturers and suppliers, we are a small family owned and operated business; this allows us to pass these savings on to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather as much information about the project via a phone call, this allows us to adequately respond to emergencies (water, fire & mold). Our renovation process is similar; we clarify the scope of work, this way if we need to bring samples of material to make selections this will speed up the discovery process
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My men have years of experience in carpentry; we’re also IICRC certified to handle mold, Fire and Water emergencies and mitigation.
