- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is very simple: I want to offer you the best service at a great rate! My reviews speak for themselves as integrity and complete follow-through are the goals. Time, dedication, listening, and highlighting your talents takes effort, skills, and sincerity therefore, I do not rush this process. You are getting the best service and a quality writer with me. I may be a bit more expensive than my competitors, but the results will be great. RESUMES - Prices can fluctuate depending on the demand or pace of business on Thumback. $140.00 for a basic two page resume with cover letter. Resume prices increase based on number of pages and amount of writing. Please visit my website for more details. I really need to see the document to give an adequate and fair bid. I do require full payment via Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or a credit card to get started and there are no exceptions. I ensure that you are 100% happy with the documents before you pay the final payment. EDITING - The price for editing is $40.00 an hour and again, I need to see the project for an accurate bid. I do require 50% down to get started and the remaining 50% when I am finished with the document. STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES - These are customized documents and begin at $3,500 to $10,000. BOOK PROJECTS - Ghost Writing, editing, layout, covers, refining, getting copyright, ISBN, and taking a book to market is generally about $,7000 ($10,000 average) depending on the project and the time involved. I have seven books of the market myself so I can make this happen for you as well. We can do this together!!! PLANS - Marketing and Public Relations Plans can range from $700 to $3000 depending on the project. GRANTS - All grants begin at $1500 to $5000 depending on the deadline and amount of writing required for the grant.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the client to establish an immediate rapport and to build trust. I like to see an existing resume or at least some basic information, but if you do not have anything at all, I can take notes. I like to listen to a client's need and get an idea of what they are looking for in a resume. Constant communication is a huge deal with me because resume writing is truly a process that is very important. I am very friendly and easy to get along with at all times and I am very flexible as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have six degrees from excellent education institutions in the Midwest and Florida. I am also certified by the State of Kansas in Workforce Development and have written resumes for the last 25 years. I am a former radio and television producer and talent. I have worked for Fox Four in Kansas City and Breakthrough Television on TBN. Excellent writing is very rare these days and it is a lost art, therefore I will give you my very best because quality is the name of the game. Listening to you and providing solid work with exceptional customer service are my goals.
