Introduction: I have an in-depth knowledge of the alignment of the body which is important for your safety and for strength and flexibility. My private clients include an amputee, one who overcame stage 4 kidney disease working with me, people rehabilitating back issues, knee replacements, and hip replacements, athletes and those who want to learn yoga for strength, flexibility, and relaxation. I also have an in-depth knowledge of the philosophy of yoga, I teach meditation, and I am an energy worker. I love my students and clients!
