- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Empire Elite & Co, we believe in fair, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. As a small business, we’re able to work closely with customers and offer special savings whenever possible, including 25% off for new customers and same-day lock-in specials. These deals are never about pressure or sales tactics, they’re simply our way of helping customers save money while keeping our schedule efficient. Many of our customers appreciate the flexibility and extra savings we’re able to provide. We also offer free estimates for most residential projects and affordable pricing for repairs, troubleshooting, lighting, panel upgrades, EV chargers, and more. Our goal is to provide quality electrical work at a fair price with honest communication from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a quick conversation to understand exactly what the customer needs. We ask a few questions, review any photos if available, and schedule service as quickly as possible, often same day. Once onsite, we inspect the issue, explain the best solution, and provide clear upfront pricing before any work begins. We focus on honest communication, quality workmanship, and making sure the customer feels comfortable throughout the entire process. We understand that many customers are looking sometimes for quick and affordable fixes, and we always do our best to provide cost-effective solutions whenever possible. However, there are times when the safest and most reliable solution may not be the quickest or cheapest option. Our priority is making sure the work is completed properly, up to code, and with the long-term safety of your home or business in mind. As a small business, we appreciate every customer and try to work with people whenever we can through fair pricing, same-day specials, and new customer discounts. We believe customers deserve honest recommendations and dependable work they can trust. After the work is completed, we test everything thoroughly, clean up the workspace, and make sure the customer is fully satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My electrical experience comes from both hands-on training and generations of family experience in the trade. My grandfather was a master electrician and electrical inspector who taught me the foundations of electrical work, safety, and doing jobs the right way from a young age. With multiple family members also working as electricians, I grew up around the trade and continued building my knowledge through real-world experience in residential and commercial electrical work. At Empire Elite & Co, we stay current with electrical codes, safety standards, and modern electrical systems to ensure every project is completed professionally, safely, and up to code. We take pride in bringing over 38 years of combined trade experience and knowledge to our customers.
