Brian did an excellent job of teaching about the process and what to expect. Scheduling team was responsive and easy to work with. The install team showed up at the scheduled time and were very hard working and professional. Extremely happy with the outcome of this project.

Hello Garage did a wonderful job! Communication to set up scheduling was prompt and professional. They were willing to accommodate my schedule to complete the job.On the day of the job they were respectful and professional. My garage involved removing the epoxy from a previous company due to poor work. The Hello Garage team of Ty and Tanner did very high quality work, gave clear directions for after care of the floor and cleaned up all mess involved in the process.I highly recommend this team and Hello Garage!

Mert and Alex were a great team for 1.5 days. I have a Ring camera in my garage and got to peak as they worked. They were always hustlingup, down, all around. I love the way the stairs turned out and the slat wall looks great. Sleek finish!

Ty called with an ETA and was here earlier than expected. He got started right away and worked non-stop until the garage floor was covered. He went to lunch while it dried and got right on the clerarcoat. Job was completed, cleaned up and it looks fantastic!! Strongly recommend Ty as he is a true professional and gentleman.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer onsite free estimates for all homeowners. All of our pricing is customized based on the condition of the concrete and what you want to do with the space. We do offer discounts - ask about them when you reach out!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first schedule an onsite appointment to give you an exact price of how much it will cost; we will find a time that works best for you to install, and our Dream Team will come out. Most jobs are done within a day, depending on the space size - so you won't have a ton of downtime with your garage.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the contracting business with our sister company, Thrasher for about 50 years. We started Hello Garage because we knew that we could fix concrete issues but wanted to help homeowners get the most out of their biggest investment and enjoy the garage. We believe that garages can be an extension of your home and can maximize the space you have.
