Thrasher crew arrived 4/13 to place piers around garage. All 4 members of the crew (Cypress, Kahlil, Marquan, and Mikey) were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Work finished the following day. Clean up went well. Excellent teamwork. Would definitely recommend this company.

The crew showed up as scheduled. The crew chief explained the job. They worked quickly and effectively to lift the slab, repair cracks and dug up the old drain and put in a better functioning replacement. They also took the extra dirt and spread it as requested.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our financing program is simple and straightforward. As part of your free inspection, you'll meet with one of our specialists who can provide a detailed written estimate as well as outline financing options. Together, you'll decide what type of financing, if any, meets your needs and budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our crew leaders get in touch with you before they arrive and keep you updated throughout the project. After your project is completed, your Crew Leader will review all the completed work with you, and our team will follow-up with you as well to see how everything went. You will also receive a survey that allows you to rate your entire experience with Thrasher.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every crew member participates in a thorough onboarding process and ongoing training to ensure the best quality of work with every project we complete. In fact, alongside our sister company, Supportworks, we train other contractors from around North America on best practices. Additionally, System Design Specialists and Crew Leaders meet to discuss every single project beforehand. They review the contract, special instructions and pictures to make sure we deliver on our promises.
