About

Hello, my name is James and I’ve worked in mortgage financial services and insurance services for over 20 years. I am a commissioned notary as well as a Loan Signing Agent in both Kansas and Missouri and will travel to you to assist with any legal document you need notarized. Please feel free to contact me for any questions! My travel fee is $40 (metro KC area, higher if outside metro) and I charge $5 per each signature notarized. I am also available to print and deliver documents at a nominal fee.
