- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want all of our clients to feel comfortable working with us, so we provide upfront pricing for most of our work. In the rare case where we cannot offer upfront pricing, we will work with you to give you to best possible value. One thing we always guarantee is that there will never be surprises on your invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want our clients to feel confident in our work, so we start every job by giving our clients an opportunity to ask any questions they have. To give you the best possible results, we usually ask to see copies of your previous tax returns. Once we have finished our work, we will sit with you to explain everything we did. We accommodate all clients. If you need special accommodations, please contact us ahead of time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Charles is a Certified Public Accountant who graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's in Accounting & Corporate Finance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He is certified in several accounting computer systems including Quickbooks and Xero.
