- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices that are quoted are based on a per bid occasion. If you have neighbors that are needing services as well, we will offer a discounted price for all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will quote you a price up front. We will come out and evaluate your property and ask if there are any other services that you may need like Mulching, Flowers, Sprinkler System, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience. I’ve been in many situations throughout my working career and have found what works the best and have used that with whatever I do.
