What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always looking to get back into college for more education, however at this time i cannot. i spent allot of time reading articles and forums about up and coming developments in technology.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since i was a young child i was always fascinated with taking things apart, especially the many family computers we went threw. I have always been big into gaming and computers are directly related to that, when i was a teenager i was the family "go to" guy if anyone had problems with there computers, phones, ect.
What types of customers have you worked with?
i call it a "cleaning" which means a general sweep of the device or a factory reset to get it running like new.
