The owner was quick to schedule an appointment on a Saturday. However, I waited all day at home and did not receive a call until after the maximum time for the appointment from the technician, who was located far away. I asked why he did not call earlier and let me know he was going to be late since he had a cell phone, and that I had spent hours just waiting; he seemed put off by this when he arrived. I thought the repair estimate rather high but had him do the work. I paid him an additional amount to hook up a dryer. He left the contents of the silver hose on the floor although there was a trash bag next to the dryer, and left his tobacco chew floating in the toilet. I guess as a statement.
