- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a one time flat rate fee. Since our approach is focused on the reduction of expenses and process automation we feel the cost for our services should be affordable and straightforward. We are GOING to find ways to reduce your overhead and increase your bottom line. If we can not fulfill this promise, we offer a full refund.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost: I want to learn about you and your business. What are you looking for? Where do I fit in and how can I be a benefit to your company. Will you get a good return on your investment in my services. If we are a fit: We get to work on understanding your business and it's expenses. We find ways to improves your processes, get money back on your paid bills, help reduce your costs, find tax breaks and incentives
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Business Management 14+ years of business ownership. 2 different franchises. 3 Different startups. GiANT Leadership training CEC Certified Business Consultant WABC certification (in Progress)
