Responded within 1 hour, and set a fixed time (not a time window) to arrive for repairs. He isolated what the possible problems were, and did an extra maintainace request from me. Reasonable rates, good work and a good communicator.

I would recommend him to anyone! First, he fit us in to his already busy schedule. He didnt find a problem right away, and wasnt going to charge us for finding nothing wrong, even though he had driven out and spent about 20 minutes in my basement, messing with my drain, and having my toddler all up in his business! He then took the extra time to make sure there wasnt an issue anyway- there was- and only charged me his hourly rate even though we went a little over. And again, had my toddler in his space the whole time :) He was friendly, fast, polite, and got the job done! If I have any other issues I know who I'll be calling!

James did an excellent job repairing my blocked kitchen sink! He made us priority on a Sunday morning, arrived on time, was very professional, and friendly. I always want the customer to not feel pressured into something. I always explain every step and make sure they are comfortable with the repair and or installation.

I started plumbing after a relative got ripped off by a big box company. Since then I have always worked to give customers the best deal I can.
