• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I don't, I personally prefer to visit the customer and see the project before I give a more accurate quote.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I always ask the customer to call me. We will then set up an appointment to personally review the project before e-mailing the final quote.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with Emphasis in Management
